Within the online registration you will create a profile including:
- Create an Account with a valid e-mail address
- Pay the one-time registration fee $70 US for Canadian Students

- About Me: includes basic contact information, previous residences during high school
- My Academic Info: Records the student's high school experience and colleges attended
- My Sports Experiences: Collects information on athletics experiences outside of the high school setting
- My NAIA Connections: it is an optional feature that allows students to create an additional Sport Resume that can be shared with NAIA institutions
Test Scores
When a prospective student athlete takes the SAT or the ACT, he/she must specify a specific code to have the test score sent directly to the NAIA for student athlete processing. The Test Code for the NAIA Eligibility Centre is 9876.
You also receive four free score reports every time you register for the SAT. It is highly recommend that you take advantage of these reports, as additional reports are subject to a fee.

Transcripts
Students should be sending in transcripts to the Eligibility Centre upon graduation from high school in order for the student file to be complete and eligibility to be finalized.

- Be official, this means the transcript must have a seal and signature of the high school official, in a school official envelope
- Come directly from the school. Showing that a school official was the last person to handle the transcript. Faxed copies will not be accepted as official

Eligibility Centre Process
Once the online registration, test scores and final transcript has been received, an NAIA Eligibitiy Centre personnel will review the materials and determine eligibility.
Priority is given to those students already short listed by coaches.
NOTE: Students who finish their Grade 11 year with an overall GPA of a 3.0 on a 4.0 scale and have at least an SAT score of 860, can receive an early eligibility decision. Those students should request their high school transcripts through a high school official ant the end of their Grade 11 year.
